Emma is the Owner and Director of Square Lettings, where she has helped accelerate the growth of our boutique agency to managing over 100 properties in Aberdeen within just 12 months.

Before Square Lettings, Emma built a successful career as Head of Communications at a global retail and e-commerce group. Combining her corporate expertise with a passion for property development, she brings a unique skill set to the agency. Her focus is on creating high-quality, individual homes that tenants are proud live in, while ensuring our landlords’ investments are managed with ultimate care and attention.

Alongside her role at Square Lettings, Emma has garnered more than five years of property investment experience and a strong background in DIY, with her expertise allowing her to build an Instagram following of over 45,000. Her projects have been featured on Channel 5’s Dream Kitchens & Bathrooms, in Aberdeen’s Press & Journal and Evening Express newspapers, and she has appeared as a guest on The Scottish Property Podcast and the Trade Legends podcast.
